A strategy-first brand and marketing consultancy. Custom teams from a network of India's best independent talent, strategists, creatives, designers, media minds, brought together around each brand's needs. Engagements include Zomato Dining Experiences, Las Maracas Tequila, Varun Bahl Couture, Jigger, Conscient + Hines, Priyanca Khanna, K.Form, Doux Vie, and Adash.
Anchored the Delhi vertical (The Ideas Lab) through hiring, training, mentorship, day-to-day team supervision, and resource allocation across concurrent mandates. Worked with clients across tech and alco-bev including Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Chandon, BMW, Microsoft, and Beam Suntory.
Designed a tiered international distribution channel. Built a 32-partner network including Audley Travel, Abercrombie & Kent, Cox & Kings, Steppes Travel. Represented at luxury travel trade shows across five European cities. Youngest Indian speaker at PURE Life Experiences, Marrakech 2018.
First job out of college. The People team taught me the first thing every brand build still depends on. How to work with people, and how to make people want to work with you.
Ran the annual cultural festival. First time managing a P&L of ₹8 lakhs, partner negotiations, crisis logistics. Where I learned that storytelling moves slower than spreadsheets. Both matter.
